4.50 - 5.00 Outstanding

4.00 - 4.49  Very Satisfactory

3.50 - 3.99  Satisfactory

3.00 - 3.49  Needs Improvement

2.99 below   Poor

2. Construct a flowchart that will ask for the amount purchase of a customer. If the customer purchases more than 2000 then a 5% discount is given. Display the net amount to be paid by the customer.
